BHS65 Policy Statement

INTENT

BHS65 was built to make it possible for those of the Bellevue (Washington) High School, Class of 1965, to share with others methods of contacting each other in the hope that old friendships may be reestablished. It was further established so that the members of the class may share biographical information with others.

BIOGRAPHIES

Biographies shall be about the actual lives of the submitter. Submissions of a primarily religious, sexual, or political nature will be rejected. (This statement should not be construed to eliminate paragraphs about a persons conversion in religion, politics or a sexual preferences statement. But entire essays on such topics are not in line with the overall intent of this site.)

Submitters homepage links are welcomed here. Those wishing to make political or religious statements should put those essays on their own homepages and submit a link. Because children and grandchildren of our classmembers will be viewing these pages, links to illegal activities and/or pornographic sites will be rejected.

I do not believe in censorship, however I do believe that all things have their place in the world. Just as letters from Penthouse Forum don't belong in a daily newspaper, so those items mentioned above do not belong here.
